1. Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ALO.NET, creating an account, purchasing a service, starting a subscription,
or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Legal Terms. If you do not agree,
you should not purchase or use the applicable service.

1.2 Services

ALO.NET may provide digital marketing, website analysis, online reputation auditing,
technical and semantic analysis, public-signal analysis, benchmarking, automated monitoring,
AI-assisted assessment, human professional assessment, consulting, reports, and related services.
Services may be offered as one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, custom engagements,
or complimentary/free services.

1.3 Accounts and Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate and current information where required for account creation,
billing, tax documentation, customer support, and service delivery. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

1.4 Lawful Use

You may not use ALO.NET or its services to:

  • violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
  • introduce malicious code, interfere with security, or disrupt the service;
  • circumvent access controls, usage limits, payment controls, or technical safeguards;
  • misrepresent, manipulate, or knowingly misuse audit results;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or data-protection rights;
  • use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud, deception, or abusive activity.

1.5 Third-Party Services and Data

ALO.NET may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, search engines, maps, analytics services,
hosting providers, cloud services, payment providers, public websites, and other independent
data sources. Their availability, content, policies, and accuracy are outside our control.
Third-party trademarks, content, ratings, reviews, and other data remain subject to the rights
and terms of their respective owners.

1.6 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, ALO.NET Audit software, scoring structures, methodologies,
report layouts, original written analysis, visualisations, website content, and related
intellectual property are owned by or lawfully used by Cem Serdar Nalbantoglu.

A paying customer may use reports supplied to that customer for legitimate internal business,
management, presentation, and decision-support purposes. This does not transfer ownership of
the underlying software, methodology, templates, scoring systems, or service technology.

1.7 Service Availability and Changes

We may improve, modify, add, remove, suspend, or replace service features where reasonably
necessary for security, reliability, compliance, product development, third-party dependency
changes, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

1.8 Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary because of non-payment,
unlawful use, security risk, abuse, material breach of these Terms, or legal requirements.
Obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations,
intellectual property protections, limitations of liability, and applicable legal duties, will survive.

1.9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALO.NET services are provided as professional
analytical and decision-support tools. We do not guarantee specific commercial, financial,
marketing, reputation, ranking, traffic, revenue, or investment outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cem Serdar Nalbantoglu will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the services,
including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, or loss caused by unavailable or inaccurate
third-party data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1.10 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses,
or liabilities arising from your unlawful use of the service, your material breach of these Terms,
or your infringement of third-party rights.

1.11 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision
will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the remaining provisions.

1.12 Governing Law

These Terms and services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice
to mandatory consumer, privacy, data-protection, or other rights that may apply in the customer’s
country or jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

1.13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Legal Terms when necessary. The current version will be published on this page
with its effective date. Where required by applicable law, material changes affecting an active paid
subscription will be communicated appropriately.

2. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

2.1 Prices and Plans

Available plans, prices, currencies, billing periods, included features, and applicable usage limits
are displayed before purchase. The price and plan terms shown at checkout at the time of purchase
govern that transaction unless a separate written agreement applies.

2.2 Recurring Billing

Where a service is sold as a recurring subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider
to charge the displayed subscription fee at each billing interval until the subscription is cancelled
or otherwise terminated. The material recurring-billing terms will be displayed before purchase,
and recurring charges will require the customer’s affirmative acceptance of the applicable terms.

2.3 Automatic Renewal

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
before the next renewal date. Any material pricing change for an existing subscription will be
communicated where required by applicable law before it takes effect.

2.4 Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal date through the available account,
billing, or support process. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless applicable law
requires otherwise, access already paid for may continue until the end of the current billing period.

2.5 Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, payments for subscription
periods that have already started, completed audits, generated digital reports, or professional work
already performed are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, billing errors, and exceptional
circumstances may be reviewed individually.

2.6 Immediate Digital Service Performance

Certain digital services may begin immediately after payment or customer authorisation.
Where applicable consumer law requires a specific acknowledgement regarding immediate performance
and withdrawal rights, that acknowledgement may be requested separately during checkout.

2.7 Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, the payment provider may retry the charge where supported.
Paid features may be limited or suspended while an amount remains unpaid.

2.8 Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by independent authorised payment service providers. Payment-card data
may be collected and processed directly by those providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
ALO.NET does not require direct storage of full payment-card credentials where the payment provider
handles those credentials.

2.9 Tax Documentation

Paid professional services supplied through ALO.NET are provided by
Cem Serdar Nalbantoglu. In accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye,
an official Electronic Self-Employment Receipt (e-SMM / e-Serbest Meslek Makbuzu)
will be issued electronically for applicable paid services and delivered to the customer.
Statutory issuer and taxpayer information required by law is included in the applicable e-SMM.

3. ALO.NET Audit & AI Disclaimer

3.1 Analytical Service

ALO.NET Audit is an analytical decision-support service. Reports may combine public information,
customer-authorised information, technical measurements, third-party data, automated systems,
statistical or benchmarking methods, and artificial intelligence.

3.2 Data Accuracy and Timing

Audit results reflect information observable or available at the time of analysis.
Public websites, search results, APIs, reviews, ratings, platform data, and third-party services
may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Reasonable efforts are made to identify
and communicate material limitations where practical.

3.3 Correlation and Commercial Interpretation

ALO.NET Audit may identify relationships or correlations between online reputation,
digital visibility, customer behaviour, technical quality, and potential commercial outcomes.
Unless expressly supported by sufficient evidence, such relationships are not representations
that one factor directly caused another.

3.4 Revenue and Performance Scenarios

References to revenue impact, commercial opportunity, risk, conversion, visibility,
reputation effects, or return on digital investment are analytical scenarios or decision-support
indicators and are not guarantees of future revenue, profit, traffic, ranking, investment return,
or business performance.

3.5 AI-Assisted and Human + AI Assessment

Some findings may be generated, classified, summarised, or assisted by artificial intelligence.
A service described as “Human + AI Assessment” includes an additional human professional review
or interpretation of relevant outputs. Human review improves context and quality control but cannot
eliminate all uncertainty inherent in public, third-party, or automated data.

3.6 No Regulated Professional Advice

Unless expressly agreed in writing as a separate professional engagement, ALO.NET Audit does not
provide legal, financial, investment, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Customers should obtain appropriate independent advice where required.

3.7 Customer Decisions

Final business, marketing, operational, investment, and management decisions remain the responsibility
of the customer.

4.4 Legal Bases

Depending on the processing activity and applicable law, personal data may be processed because
it is necessary to enter into or perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, establish,
exercise, or protect legal rights, pursue a legitimate interest that does not override applicable
individual rights, or because valid consent has been provided where consent is legally required.

4.5 Data Collection Methods

Personal data may be collected directly from you through forms, account creation, checkout,
email, support communications, or service use; automatically through technical logs, cookies,
or similar technologies; and, where relevant to an audit, from customer-authorised or publicly
accessible sources.

4.6 Service Providers and Recipients

Personal data may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers or recipients
involved in payment processing, accounting and e-document services, hosting, cloud infrastructure,
email delivery, security, analytics, technical APIs, customer support, or legal compliance.
Information may also be disclosed to competent public authorities where legally required.

4.7 International Data Transfers

Some technology, infrastructure, analytics, payment, or cloud providers may process information
outside Türkiye or outside the country in which a user is located. Where applicable law requires
specific safeguards or transfer mechanisms, we will use appropriate measures for the relevant transfer.

4.8 Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant service,
contractual relationship, security requirements, dispute resolution, legitimate record keeping,
and applicable tax, accounting, or legal obligations. Retention periods may therefore differ
depending on the category and purpose of the data.

4.9 Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to request information about your
personal data, access it, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or restriction, object to
certain processing, request portability, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent,
and lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.

Privacy requests may be sent to info@alo.net.
We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.

4.10 Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data against
unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or loss. No internet-connected system
can guarantee absolute security.

4.11 Children

ALO.NET professional and subscription services are intended for adults and business users.
We do not knowingly offer paid professional services to children who lack legal capacity to enter
into the applicable transaction.

4.12 Marketing Communications

Where marketing communications are offered, you may unsubscribe using the method provided
in the communication or by contacting info@alo.net.
Transactional, security, billing, tax-document, and service-related communications may still
be sent where necessary.

5. GDPR Notice for EU/EEA Users

Where the European Union General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) applies to the processing
of personal data in connection with ALO.NET or ALO.NET Audit,
Cem Serdar Nalbantoglu acts as the data controller for the
relevant processing unless otherwise stated.

5.1 GDPR Legal Bases

Personal data may be processed under one or more lawful bases recognised by
Article 6 GDPR, including performance of a contract, compliance with a legal
obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where consent is required.

5.2 GDPR Rights

Where the GDPR applies, data subjects may have rights including access,
rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability,
withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, and the right to
lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

5.3 International Transfers

Where personal data subject to the GDPR is transferred outside the European
Economic Area, appropriate transfer safeguards will be used where required by
applicable law, which may include an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual
Clauses, or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.

5.4 Automated Processing and AI

ALO.NET Audit may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to assist
with analysis. Where GDPR rules concerning solely automated decision-making
apply, the relevant safeguards and rights will be respected. ALO.NET Audit is
primarily designed as an analytical and decision-support service and does not
intentionally make legally binding decisions about individuals solely through
automated processing.

5.5 GDPR Contact

GDPR-related privacy requests may be sent to
info@alo.net.

6. KVKK Disclosure Notice

This section provides additional transparency for personal data processed under Türkiye’s
Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

6.1 Data Controller

The data controller is Cem Serdar Nalbantoglu.
Contact: info@alo.net.

6.2 Categories, Purposes, and Legal Grounds

Identity, contact, customer, transaction, billing, subscription, service-usage, technical-security,
support, and legally required tax-document information may be processed for the specific purposes
described in Section 4 of this page.

Depending on the specific activity, processing may rely on the establishment or performance of
a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
legitimate interests that do not harm fundamental rights and freedoms, or explicit consent where
explicit consent is the legally appropriate processing condition.

6.3 Transfers

Data may be transferred, only to the extent reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose,
to payment, accounting, e-document, hosting, cloud, security, email, technical-service,
and professional service providers, and to authorised public institutions where legally required.
Cross-border transfers will be handled in accordance with applicable KVKK requirements.

6.4 Collection

Data may be collected electronically through website forms, account and checkout processes,
email and support communications, service use, technical logs, cookies, service integrations,
and where relevant to an audit, customer-authorised or publicly accessible sources.

6.5 KVKK Rights

Data subjects may exercise their rights under Article 11 of the KVKK by contacting
info@alo.net using a legally valid request method.
Appropriate identity verification may be required.

6.6 Explicit Consent

Where a processing activity legally requires explicit consent, the relevant consent request
will be presented separately from this disclosure notice and will identify the specific processing
activity for which consent is requested.

7. Cookie Policy

7.1 Cookies and Similar Technologies

ALO.NET may use cookies and similar technologies for essential website operation, security,
session management, authentication, checkout functionality, user preferences, analytics,
and service improvement.

7.2 Essential Cookies

Cookies that are strictly necessary for core functionality, security, authentication,
billing, fraud prevention, or requested services may operate without optional analytics
or marketing consent where permitted by applicable law.

7.3 Analytics and Non-Essential Cookies

Analytics or other non-essential technologies will be used in accordance with applicable
consent requirements. Where required, users will be offered an appropriate consent mechanism
before such technologies are activated.

7.4 Cookie Controls

You may manage non-essential cookie choices through any consent interface made available
on the website and through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect
optional website features.

8. United States Customers & Recurring Subscriptions

ALO.NET services may be offered to customers located in the United States.
Where applicable, recurring subscriptions and other online transactions involving
U.S. customers are intended to be presented and administered in a manner consistent
with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer-protection requirements.

8.1 Clear Subscription Disclosures

Before a customer starts a recurring subscription, the checkout process will disclose,
clearly and conspicuously, the material terms of the subscription, including the price,
billing frequency, automatic-renewal nature of the subscription, and how the customer
may cancel or stop future recurring charges.

8.2 Express Consent to Recurring Charges

A recurring subscription will not be intentionally activated without the customer’s
affirmative action indicating agreement to the applicable subscription terms and
authorisation of recurring charges. Where required, this consent may be recorded
electronically together with the applicable terms, date, time, account, transaction,
or other reasonable evidence of acceptance.

8.3 Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, a recurring subscription automatically renews
at the end of each billing period and the applicable payment method may be charged
the then-applicable subscription fee until the subscription is cancelled.

8.4 Cancellation

Customers may cancel future recurring charges using the cancellation method made
available for the applicable subscription. We intend to provide a reasonably simple
and accessible cancellation process and will not intentionally impose unnecessary
barriers to stopping future recurring charges.

8.5 U.S. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Legal Terms is intended to waive or limit any mandatory right or
remedy that a U.S. customer has under applicable federal law or the law of the state
in which the customer resides where that right or remedy cannot lawfully be waived.
This includes applicable requirements concerning online subscriptions, automatic
renewals, recurring billing, cancellation, consumer disclosures, and privacy.

8.6 California Customers

Where California’s Automatic Renewal Law or other California consumer-protection
requirements apply, the applicable subscription terms will be presented with the
disclosures, affirmative consent, acknowledgement, and cancellation mechanisms
required by applicable law.

8.7 No Waiver of Mandatory U.S. Law

The governing-law provision in these Legal Terms does not exclude the application
of mandatory U.S. federal or state consumer-protection rules where those rules
lawfully apply to the transaction and cannot be displaced by contract.

9. International Users

ALO.NET services may be purchased and used by customers outside Türkiye.
The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye as stated
in these Terms; however, mandatory consumer, privacy, data-protection, payment, or other
protections that apply to a customer in another jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be waived
remain unaffected.

For users in the European Union and European Economic Area, the GDPR may apply where its territorial scope requirements are met. For users in other jurisdictions with comparable privacy rights,
the Privacy Policy in Section 4 is intended to provide transparent information concerning
data-controller identity, purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers,
retention, and individual rights. Additional jurisdiction-specific notices or mechanisms
may be provided where required.
